This fist location is the view from the top of the Cobo Center is downtown Detroit. The was a skyline that was full of cool buildings. The sky was exspecially good because it was a nice blue color. The the blueprint photo turned out nice and the edits of the other photo were minimal but elegant. The was one of my best photos.
These photos are of the Consulate General of Mexico which is a similar, but shorter, version of the Empire State Building. This was an interesting photo to make into a blueprint because the dark side of the building didn't show up as well. I really like the oil painting feature that I used on the normal photo which turned out nice, especially with the sun. I liked taking these pictures and the way they turned out. This was also one of the best looking buildings that I photographed.
This was my least favorite location to photograph because the only way to get level to it was far away. I also didn't like this location because the sun wasn't out. I do the the architecture of the building and the blueprint. However, I made the other photo black and white because the color wasn't good. Overall the edits are ok, and the photos are sub par.
This next location was a large building that I found in Detroit as well. The building was visually appealing and the blueprint edits turned out well. For the normal image I added a lens flare for experimentation in photoshop. I like these photos because it is a simple building with no frills or noise. I think these photos turned out well.
This is the Wayne County building that almost looks like a church. I thought it was a good looking building with a cool background. I really like the way the blueprint turned out and I'm happy with the normal photo. I edit the curves in the normal photo but only enough to lighten up the very dark sky. I liked editing these photos because they it was the most interesting building but terrible sky lighting.
